Naval designer specialising in modern motor yachts. Through Dragoni Design Lab, an approach uniting aesthetics, function and performance, responsible for concept design and exterior styling across the range.

Active in the naval sector since 1985, bringing four decades of executive and technical leadership to shipyard operations. A specialist in naval architecture and superyacht and megayacht construction, overseeing operational excellence and technical governance.

Production Director
Over three decades of superyacht and megayacht production leadership since 1990. A seasoned specialist in superyacht and megayacht construction, with extensive expertise delivering custom builds in aluminium, steel-aluminium, and composite/GRP.
